A Beautiful Experience from Start to Finish! I contacted House of Blooms from New Jersey to order a “Welcome to Houston” floral arrangement for my daughter, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, the process was so easy, and the customer service was exceptional. My very first interaction, Katy and Rachel were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, caring, patient, and made the entire process so easy. I was able to share my inspiration photos by emailing my ideas, and then speak directly with the florist to make sure my vision came to life. And they truly brought it to life — the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! 🤍💐 I especially appreciated the personal touches, including their offer to print a special note to accompany the flowers. It made the arrangement even more meaningful for my daughter's Welcome to Houston. It will look amazing in her new home. The arrangement was beautiful, the service was amazing, and the entire experience was wonderful. I was looking to send some flowers to a colleague in Sugar Land, and House of Blooms came highly recommended on Reddit. The online ordering process was easy. I appreciate the wide variety of arrangement styles and price points. I was able to order one day in advance, which was awesome. Day of, I got an automated text showing my actual bouquet being sent out. Delivery was exactly in the expected window, and I got updates on the progress the whole way. You can expect an $18 local delivery charge (plus a spot for driver tip..). I’d happily order from HOB again in the future.

The arrangement was so beautiful, especially for the price. The entire process was easy, from selection to delivery. I loved getting a photo sent of the arrangement once it was made. It was just as beautiful as the sample photo on the website. My mother loved her flowers and she said the delivery guy was super sweet too. Please support this business, they are the best!

House of Blooms arranged the flowers for my father’s funeral. The whole team was extremely accommodating with helping me to coordinate multiple orders as there was not a local florist who would arrange flowers for the rural service. The specific arrangement that I ordered was beautifully designed to hold a photo and made a memorable tribute at the ceremony. I am beyond grateful and impressed by the team at House of Blooms.
